When making your reservation online, you will have the option to pay in full or leave a 50% deposit.
All deposits are refundable.
If you prefer to pay on the day of your trip, upon check in we will process your form of payment however we must have a credit card on file so please give us a call at 941-795-6969 to book your reservation.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Our policy is to meet at the dock no later than 3o minutes prior to departure on the day of your trip.
Since the weather in Southwest Florida and on the Gulf of Mexico, is so unpredictable, trips will not be cancelled more than 12 hours ahead of departure time. Unless we believe beyond a reasonable doubt that the weather will be unsuitable for your trip.
If the trip is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will try to reschedule the charter at a later date.
If you have already paid and cannot reschedule, a full refund will be issued!
4hr & 6hr Deep Sea Fishing Trips
If you have to cancel your reservation, it is important that you contact us no later than 4pm the day before your trip.
Any cancellations after this time will have a gift card issued which can be used at a later date.
A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR NO SHOWS
