Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cortez, Florida

Our policy is to meet at the dock no later than 3o minutes prior to departure on the day of your trip.

Since the weather in Southwest Florida and on the Gulf of Mexico, is so unpredictable, trips will not be cancelled more than 12 hours ahead of departure time. Unless we believe beyond a reasonable doubt that the weather will be unsuitable for your trip.

If the trip is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will try to reschedule the charter at a later date.

If you have already paid and cannot reschedule, a full refund will be issued!

4hr & 6hr Deep Sea Fishing Trips

If you have to cancel your reservation, it is important that you contact us no later than 4pm the day before your trip.

Any cancellations after this time will have a gift card issued which can be used at a later date. 


Just please give us a courtesy call a day ahead if there needs to be any changes to your reservation or if you will not be able to make it.

Private Charters

A $500 Security Deposit Required At Time of Booking

5 Days Advance Notice is required for a full refund. 

Your deposit will be forfeited if cancelled less than 5 days in advance

Specialty Trips

Payments Required Prior to Day of Departure

Deposits Required

48hr Advance Notice is required for full refund. 24 hour notice will receive a 50% refund. If we do not receive advanced notice or if you are a NO Show, Payment will not be refunded.
